Diagnostics
Medincentre houses state-of-the-art equipment for diagnosing dental diseases. Only fast, precise and reliable diagnostics.
CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography):
Allows to create a three dimensional image of the jawbone and surrounding tissues. This method of examination allows dentists to see a precise area of the jawbone or all teeth in a three dimensional image. CBCT helps the doctor to make a correct diagnosis and plan treatment
We use the modern new generation high-precision digital tomograph «KaVo 3D eXam» (Germany). With its help the doctor can assess the condition of all tooth canals, the form and structure of every tooth.
The imaging of the jawbone is conducted in only a minute. The device is perfectly safe for children from the age of 5. During the process patients do not feel any pain.
VIsiograph
A digital X-Ray device that allows acquiring images with a minimal radiation exposure to the patient.

Veneers
Veneers are installed on the front facing side of teeth mostly in the smile area to reach perfect form and colour. The gentlest option is composite veneers, which require minimal to no shaving of the natural teeth.
Restoration
In the case of teeth restoration doctors create crowns and prosthetics to protect teeth from damage or to replace missing ones.
Whitening
To enhance the teeth's natural beauty Medincentre performs ZOOM 4 whitening. The biggest advantage of which is the gentle effect on tooth enamel. The procedure allows restoring whiteness of up to 8 tones.
Implantation
At Medincentre implants are installed — an artificial root is embedded into the jawbone to maintain a healthy smile and fully restore biting functionality of the jaw
How are implants installed?
The procedure consists of 6 stages:
-
Oral cavity sanitation
-
3D-modeling
-
Installation of the implant
-
Gum former installation
-
Taking an impression
-
Installation of a crown or a fixed prosthesis
When do you need to install an implant?
Implants should be installed immediately, there are no excess elements in the human body. If you have lost a tooth it is important to install a replacement. Otherwise problems with jaw alignment and jawbone may arise which will inevitably affect the shape of the face, lead to disruptions of speech and decay of neighbouring teeth.
What methods are used?
We restore a complete toothless dental arch by using the All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods. These systems allow installing fixed prosthetics on 4 and 6 implants respectively in the shortest timeframe.
Is it painful to install a tooth implant?
No. All procedures starting from bone grafting are conducted under local anesthesia, the composition of which is tailored for each patient.
What are the advantages of implants?
Advantages of implants:
-
Natural look and feel
-
Absence of bone tissue atrophy
-
All foods can be consumed, including hard ones
-
Long-term use
-
The gum maintains its natural form
-
Allowed for patients from the age of 18 and up
-
No need to file down neighbouring healthy teeth
-
Simple care
Prosthetics installation
The treatment is conducted on the basis of a high-tech dental laboratory. Our specialists make crowns, veneers and prosthetics which perfectly fit the teeth of every patient.
What materials are used?
Medincentre doctors are working with various materials — zirconium, metal, ceramic (including the E-max method), metal-ceramic, and pick the necessary appliances for patients individually.
What is the difference between crowns, veneers and prosthetics?
-
Crowns are recommended for installation when more than half of the tooth has deteriorated
-
Veneers are used for achieving an aesthetic result, most commonly installed on the front teeth
-
Composite veneers have a life-span from up to 5 years and ceramic ones of up to 20
-
Prosthetics are used to replace missing teeth, it is the most long-lasting structure
When prosthetics are recommended:
-
Numerous cracks in enamel
-
Tooth part chipping (when the defect is impossible to be restored by dental filling)
-
Pathological enamel abrasion
-
Fluorosis
-
Tetracycline teeth, discoloration, yellowing
-
Destruction of over 50% of the tooth crown with root preservation
-
Replacement of old restorations
- Transportation up to 500 km from Moscow
- Doctors with 25 years of experience

How often do you need to visit a dentist?

Keep the brush at a 45° angle to the gums
-
Make vertical movements, cleaning the teeth from the gums to the edge
-
Clean the inside and biting surfaces of the teeth
-
Pay attention to interdental spaces where residual food is collected
