The partner of the International Municipal Congress-2022, which was held at the World Trade Center on June 20-21, was Medincenter (a branch of GlavUpDK under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia). The Congress was organized by the Eurasian International University with the support of the Russian Foreign Ministry and Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The event was attended by mayors, deputies, public figures, entrepreneurs from a number of foreign countries: Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, Serbia, Montenegro. The purpose of the congress was the development of international cooperation and twinning ties between the cities of the world. As a result of its holding, it was decided that the congress will become a permanent structure.

In order to provide medical support to the guests of the congress, Medincenter sent a team of doctors from the Emergency Medical and Emergency Department, headed by the head of the unit, Vladimir Dovgal.
